The IMPACT Project, Inc. is a private children and youth agency established in 1991 and located in Emmaus, Pennsylania. On these pages, you will find descriptions on the variety of programs which we offer to youth who are placed via juvenile probation or children and youth offices in over 32 counties in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

We have the honor of being the only foster care agency in Pennsylvania to have won Program of the Year on two separate occasions by Pennsylvania's Juvenile Court Judge's Commission. Our foster care program was Residential Program of the Year in 1993 and our Community Justice Panels/Volunteer Program won Community Based Program of the Year in 2002.

Our foster homes are located in a 40-mile radius surrounding our Emmaus office (just outside Allentown, PA). We are always looking for quality families who want to make a difference in a youth's life through either volunteering or serving as a paid foster parent. We believe that making a difference in children's lives may be one of the single most dramatic things that we do. Please join us in our pursuit to help children.
