

Mollee Griffith, M. Ed
Mollee was born and adopted in Washington DC and has lived in the Lehigh Valley most of her life. She attended Cedar Crest College and graduated with degrees in both English and Secondary Education, with certifications in English 7-12, Special Education and ESL.
After graduating, Mollee began teaching as an autistic support teacher and has spent the last three years as an emotional support teacher. She continued her educational journey at Lehigh University, earning a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Most recently, Mollee took courses in Applied Behavioral Analysis and also became a specialist in the following: grief and loss, anxiety and stress management, mental health and trauma and crisis. These topics align with her passion to support those in need.
Mollee, her husband and their three daughters currently live in Emmaus on a hobby farm and enjoy learning about nature, becoming more self-sufficient and teaching their children how to respect the Earth and what it can provide for them.
She joined IMPACT’s team as a Senior Case Manager and is returning as the Supervisor of Case Management. She comes with a background in advocating for child needs and skills necessary to support both our children and case managers. Mollee is passionate about providing care and fostering trusting relationships for children in need and is excited to be part of our team!
