Megan Force, M.S.

Megan is IMPACT’s Case Management and Family Services Supervisor.  She comes to IMPACT from KidsPeace Children’s Hospital where she had extensive experience as a Mental Health Technician, Admissions Team Leader, Case Manager, House Manager and Insurance and Benefits Specialist.  She also was a program trainer for First Aid and CPR along with being a member and Lead Responder for the Critical Incident Response Team and Oasis Space programs for many years. Megan specializes in customer service and working with youth who are at risk or in crisis. Megan is also certified in Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI).

Megan earned her BA in Music from Eastern University and her MS in Human Services from Capella University. She graduated with a certificate in Addictions and Compulsive Behavior Counseling from Capella as well. Megan plans to work toward an MS in social work and become an LSW at her Alma Mater, Eastern University in 2026. 

Megan holds dear to her heart her faith in Jesus, her commitment to her own children and the intervention and prevention of children who are at risk or in crisis. Joining The IMPACT Project, Inc., in April of 2025 as a Case Manager was a big change after almost 20 years working in many different roles For KidsPeace National Centers and Children’s Hospital. It was Megan’s commitment to caring and intervening for children before they required higher levels of care that drew her to the social services. Promoted to the Supervisor of Foster Care Case Management and Family Services in July of 2025, Megan is personally focused on the professional development of the Case Managers that she supervises and the care and individual attention to the welfare of the children and foster families in our care.
