Outcomes

The IMPACT Project, Inc. has actively been keeping a database and statistics for their client base throughout its history. When our contracts began asking for more detailed information, we were able to immediately provide extensive Outcome Measures detailing our programs. In addition, we actively began participating in multiple outcome based workgroups and initiatives to continue our drive for excellence in all we do.

Most recently we had representation from the agency chair a statewide workgroup through Pennsylvania Council for Children, Youth and Family Services (PCCYFS), directly geared at improving outcome measures for private providers. The workgroup has focused on a creation of a database geared to help private providers maintain adequate outcome reports for counties. In addition, the group has reached out to state and county workgroup to hopefully move data collection in the Pennsylvania forward.

In addition, a group of IMPACT staff members participated in the Quality Improvement Initiative (QII) through the National Center for Juvenile Justice. This process spent over a year looking specifically at programs within our agency and creating plans to ensure we were delivering quality services. As an agency we were very proud to have our Moral Development Groups fully complete the QII process, becoming one of only three programs to do so in Pennsylvania.
